Capstone provides comprehensive services to help people achieve economic well-being with dignity and develops partnerships to strengthen Vermont communities.  Our commitment is to alleviate the suffering caused by poverty, to work with individuals and families to move out of poverty, and to advocate for economic justice for all Vermonters.

Diapers are essential to the well-being of Vermont’s children. Parents and caregivers should not have to worry about being able to provide a sufficient amount of diapers to ensure sanitary care of their children. Every Baby aims to ensure no parent or caregiver worries whether they have supplies necessary to ensure a clean start for their children.

Vermont 2-1-1 is the number to dial to find out about hundreds of important community resources, like emergency food and shelter, disability services, counseling, senior services, health care, child care, and much more. 2-1-1 is your first step toward solving everyday problems or when you are facing difficult times. It’s a free service. It’s confidential. It’s 24/7.

WIC welcomes families at any time. Check out WIC’s prescreening tool to see if you and your child are eligible, and learn more about WIC benefits, how to apply, and how to eat well with WIC. Fathers, grandparents and foster parents may apply for children who are in their care. Contact the Local Health Office serving your community and schedule an in-person WIC appointment to apply.
