Early Parenthood Peer Support Group

Early Parenthood Peer Support Group

You don’t have to figure out parenthood alone.

The transition to life with a new baby can be joyful, exhausting, overwhelming, and everything in between. Our Early Parenthood Peer Support Group offers a welcoming, nonjudgmental space to connect with other parents who are navigating many of the same questions, challenges, and changes.

This group is a chance to share what’s really going on, listen to others, and exchange ideas and experiences.

In a space guided and held by a trained facilitator, we’ll talk about topics that matter to new parents, from sleep and feeding to relationships, returning to work, mental health, routines, and the gap between parenting expectations and reality.

What to Expect

Each gathering will include:

  • A check-in: An opportunity for everyone to share how things are going and what they might want support with that day.
  • A group discussion: A different parenting or postpartum topic each session, guided by the interests and experiences of the group.
  • Open conversation: Time to ask questions, share what has worked (and what hasn’t), and offer encouragement and empathy.
  • Resources & connection: Information about relevant community resources, with opportunities to connect with other parents beyond the group if desired.
