This class is part of the Emerge and Blossom Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond Event happening March 22nd – 24th and march 30th. This class comes with snacks as it’s happening during dinner time! Please have everyone who is intending to join you register for this class so there are enough snacks!
Pregnant folks, expecting families, and care providers who are curious about the different childbirth education classes I offer are all welcome. Get a glimpse of what each class covers: Empowered Childbirth, Moving Breathing Birth, Spinning Babies®Parent Class & Pelvic Floor and Pushing Prep. Plus, if there’s time, get a sneak peak into Amy’s Prenatal Bodywork sessions that can also have a birth prep focus.
