The Cabot Visitor Center is kicking off summer with Brats, The Vermont Spätzle Company & Cabot Cheese. What could be better? May 26 and 27, 11 am – 3 pm at the Cabot Creamery Visitors Center. Top the brats with Vermont Mustard’s plus specialty toppings and wash them down with some Switchel. Vermont! Summer! Yum!
