This class is part of the Emerge & Blossom Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond Event happening March 22 – 24th & March 30th.
New parenthood is challenging as it is, and society’s expectations when it comes to mothers’ bodies, careers, and relationships magnify that challenge. Through a blend of gentle movement, reflective writing, and conversation, we will learn about the concept of matrescence and how it can help illuminate this period of radical transformation and help answer that colossal question: Who am I now?
