Join us for our annual summer Kids Day event on Sunday, Aug. 25, from 10 am – 2 pm, under the tent in our back parking lot.

The fun will include 30-minute performances by Rockin’ Ron the Friendly Pirate happening every half-hour, a solar-powered bouncy house courtesy of SunCommon, and amazing face painting by Face Mania. Kellogg-Hubbard Library, Good Beginnings of Central VT, and our co-op’s Green team will be hosting hands-on activities for kids of all ages. This is a free event, and all are welcome.

Our Give Change recipient for the month, Central Vermont Humane Society, will be here as well, providing information about their many essential efforts. We will be matching all Give Change register round-up donations made to the humane society that day, so your spare change will have double the impact. You can opt into being asked to round up every time you check out using this form or by visiting customer service.

In the store, there will be free samples, raffles, our Back to Basics case sale, and 5% savings on bulk food and produce purchases for everyone.
