FreeDon’t Miss this FREE Halloween carnival sponsored by Capital Community Church. All the fun happens in the Christ Church Courtyard (64 State Street, Montpelier) from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Families and children will enjoy playing Pumpkin Ring Toss, Monster Bowling, Monster Ball Toss, Feed the Monsters Frisbee Game, and many more. Free popcorn and prizes for everyone!!
