This course is designed for expecting parents and parents with children under 10.
Refreshments and on site childcare will be provided.
Topics will include basic brain development, effective parenting, play, paying attention, praise and rewards, ignoring, clear directions, time outs, rules, consequences, routines, planning ahead, mindfulness and nutrition.
