Pre/Postpartum Circle
Thursdays: 11:00am-12:30pm
A weekly, drop-in group for pregnant mamas and primary caregivers of “new babies” (pre-walkers) – to share company with others who are in similar boats – bobbing through the “longest, shortest”, most amazing and challenging first year(+) of having a baby! We’ll cozy up with tea, coffee, nibbles and babies to discuss experiences and questions around infant care and development, self-care and postpartum healing, and community resources for families with babies.
