This class is live and in-person – masks required. You know it’s important to take care of yourself when you’re pregnant. There’s a deep connection between you and your growing baby’s health and wellbeing. A regular prenatal yoga class is a great way to begin. What’s even better? A weekly class that weaves somatic movement, breath, pelvic floor health, gentle stretching, strengthening and therapeutic yoga to support you physically, mentally and emotionally during pregnancy while providing nurturing birth preparation. IN-PERSON OPTION : : WHAT TO BRING: – mask – water bottle – yoga mat – 2 pillow cases (to put over bolsters I will have available for you to use) – 1 blanket (to fold and use for cushioning or for warmth) * let me know if you don’t have access to these things. If signing up for IN-PERSON, it is highly recommended you sign up in advance to ensure your spot since class size is limited to 4 right now (due to spacing). * If you show up for IN-PERSON without signing up in advance you may arrive and not have any space available. That would be no fun. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cannot make the IN-PERSON class you signed up for, please cancel by 5:15pm so people on the waitlist have a chance to join in your place. Your class pass will still be charged if you do not cancel 1 hour before class start time. Thank you for understanding as we navigate small IN-PERSON class size needs right now. NOT FEELING WELL? We’ll miss you, but please stay at home. I can record class and send it to you. Likewise- if I am sick, but feel well enough to teach virtually, I’ll let you know via email that it will be a virtual class that week. If I am too sick to teach virtually, you will receive an email letting you know class is cancelled.
